House haunting

Last week we went to BCB office, one of house developer in BP. They opened 3 taman in BP, what we interested is Taman Perdana. The other two is bit far from town.

We wanted to compare the price of house between Taman Perdana and Pura Kencana. We interested with terrace double stories with basement. It is still under construction and it is expected to complete in 2013. The price is similar as in Pura Kencana one. When went to the construction site, we didn't like the locality. It is near main road. The area also congested.

The price for Bumi lot is RM553k. The one which in Pura Kencana one is RM517k. We thought housed in Taman Perdana is lot cheaper, cus back in 2004, the price was RM150k for terrace double story house. Increment of about 100k per year. Wahh, if I wait another 5 years, the price will be 1million.

In term of design I like both Taman Perdana and Pura Kencana. But in term of locality, the pura kencana one far far better even though it is a little bit far from town.

Actually my parents asked us to check the house in Taman Perdana. They thought it is cheaper there. When we went there, we came to know thats the standard house price in Batu Pahat.

Financial is our big problem now, i guess to every one also. Even thought we can take a loan, but to pay for the house at least 2k per month, we can't afford it right now. Right now we just can only dream dream dream....
