First Pregnancy shopping

Hari ini pi shopping just untuk kandungan kita. Rasa sangat special. Before this, I did not care what foods to buy, but this time must make sure the food must be good and healthy. My husband also had to choose healthy food for himself, no more coke and junk food.

For few days I surveyed from the pregnancy website on what is good diet for pregnant women. Hari ni sempena cuti Deepavali, bolehlah pi beli makanan yang sihat.

I used this food pyramid as a guide.

1. Fruits
Wajib makan 2-4 hidangan. Hari biasa nak makan 1 hidangan pun susah. Sekarang kena! Abah dan mak kalau keluar mesti beli kan buah-buah jugak. Rasa kasih mencurah2 dari mereka.

2. Milk
According to few friends they recommend me to drink EnfaMama. Sebabkan kita tak suka bau susu kita beli perisa coklat. Tak rasa lagi. Harap2 sedaplah.

3. Cereal drinks
Ni penting just in case malam2 lapar. Before this kita suka makan NesVita, sekarang nak cuba Holick pulak.

4. Kismis
Kaya dengan fiber.

5. Cream crackers
Healthy snack untuk minum petang.

Benda-benda ni tak susah untuk kita sebab kita bukanlah orang yg suka makan junkfoods atau minum soda. Tapi part2 yang kena minum susu macam payah sikit. One drastic change I make is I don't drink coffee anymore. Sekarang lepas makan mesti terlelap. Mmm nikmatnye being pregnant.
