Friday is a study day
As usual I spend my Friday every week by studying chapters that I'm gonna teach next week. Quite an intense time because on Monday I have 3 hours lectures for one subject that quite difficult to understand by me or my student. Ok kalau sendiri tak paham macam mana nak bagi student paham kan. Nak memahamkan theory sangatlah susah! Most frustrated is I spend 3-4hours understanding a concept, but spend 15 minutes to tell the concept in the class. Oh rasa tak berbaloi. But thats the hakikatnya, kawan2 kita pun gitu.
When I was a student, always assume being teacher/lecturer so easylah. Boleh pakai baju cantik hari-hari, itu yang kita tahu.I was wrong. Actually boleh jadi senang kalau dah mengajar same subjects bertahun-tahun. Tapi believe me the more we study in depth the more we found ada yang tak kena dengan pengajaran yang lalu.
I used various sources to get the knowledge. Most of the time kita tak dapat pemahaman yang lengkap dengan merujuk 1 buku. Need 3-4 text books. Browsing website is a must. Sometimes when i understand things but I do not know how to deliver. In some topics, i can find them in You Tube. So kita bagi lecture sebiji macam gaya orang kat You Tube. Make sure the sources are releventlah.
Penat belajar, kita tidur. Pregnantlah katakan. Pastu sambung belajar balik. Insyallah next week will be my last lecture in that class, orang lain akan take over, sebab kita nak sambung buat thesis kita balik. All my subjects akan di take over. Ooo Yea..tapi still kena buat few things, lab class mesti di teruskan, observing 10 student for their final year projects, preparing test and exam questions. Anyway, kita sangat-sangat bersyukur beban mengajar kita di kurangkan dengan harapan kita boleh submit thesis kita. Insyallah.
