Pimples oh pimples

I got pimples since I came back from melbourne. Banyak..especially on my forehead. I girds it happen because I did not take care of my skin while I was there. Due to cold and dry whether, I became lazy to clean my face. I also got severe dandruff problem. As a consequence my forehead had many spots. I did not use proper shampoo. I read article saying that dandruff can cause pimples. Now my dandruff is reduce. But pimples are still there. I want to go for facial but I scare the pimples get worse. So uncomfortable now.
