Job security

In real job, believe it or not, even though you are hardworking person, but if you have bad attitude, sooner or later you can loose the job. This is what will happen to one of the guy who has been working nearly 3 years in our lab. Let me just call him Pakcik P. Pakcik P is a very nice guy especially to the students. He is very helpful. But when we were informed that he will leave the job, wonder why?Isn't he is good guy. People there do not want other students to think negative about him, so they say that he's contract with the university will be finished by end of 2010, and no money to renew his contract. Then I came to know, that was not the main reason. His attitutes that made people not comfortable with him. He is not Oz, he likes to make fun of OZ people. And people around put complaint about him. Last year, a new worker came, but he worked just for few a months then he left. Pakcik P is the main reason he left. Kesian Pakcik P.
