Result pregnancy checkup
On 9th April, as usual I had my BSP test. The result was shocked. The first two BSP test which I had in Feb and March was normal.
Result for pre lunch and pre dinner made me worried. See what I ate that day. Before pre lunch reading, I ate mee siam, ayam goreng dan milo susu. Dulu, masa bulan March, cara sarapan yang sama, tapi minum air teh tarik, but that time bacaan cuma 5.8/6. Sebab tu for this month, kita sengaja tukar pada air milo. Mak oii tak sangka milo banyaknye gula.
Masa lunch kita makan 2 keping roti pisang + yogurt drink. Tak sangka both meal buat BSP naik. Previously makan nasi sahaja.
So today was my appointment with doc to review my BSP. Buat ujian tekanan darah. My blood pressure juga increased 130/90, previously was100/70. Nurse tanya ' awak tengah marah ke?' Pandainya nurse ni buat joke. Kita perfectly fine and happy setiap pagi. I don't know any other reasons yang buat my blood pressure increase.
One shocking news my weight increase secara mendadak. Khamis lepas I met Dr Silvam (Gyneo kat Putra Hospital-my another regular checkup). Time tu berat 71 kg. Sebenarnya dah lama berat kita 71 kg. Dah agak2 1 bulan jugak. Then tiba-tiba naik teruk 74kg. Wahh 3 kg in 6 days. Patutla sejak dua menjak ni penat dan berat sungguh badan ni.
Due to not-so-impressive-result kali ni, doctor setkan appoitment with Dietitian on another 2 weeks.
Sebenarnya I do not change my diet habit pun, makan sama je. Tapi tak taulah sekarang makan apa2 pun risau. Kita benci MILO sekarang...tak sangka ko banyak gula hehhe. Baik minum teh tarik :)

Pre breakfast = 4.6/5
Pre lunch = 7.2/6
Pre dinner= 8.4/6

Kak CT makan macam biasa ja..jgn ubah..then jgn makan tuk 2 orang..makan lebih skit ja..hehehe..
