Mini Cup Cakes
After a long time I haven't baked any cakes and last week I made one. Mini cup cakes. I really passionate of making delicious and beautiful cakes. This mini cup cakes was for our baby shower party last Saturday.
Ingredient:
A: Cup cake
Beat 1 cup of sugar with 250gm butter. Add 5 eggs. Prepare 1.5 cup of self-raising flour and 1/2 cup of fresh milk. Alternately put the flour and milk in the mix.
Scoop the mix to the paper cup, took less than 15minutes to bake.
B. Topping
Just melt white milk choc and then spread over the cup cake.My Ni Ni did the topping ;-)
