Customer service that closed during public holiday

I still want to make a compliant on Muamalat customer service. They called us back on the next day I lost my ATM card. So surprise with their answer. Nini answered the call. "sorry sir we did not work yesterday because of labour day". What ? ?

So ridiculous , how come bank customer service also have holidays when they said it's 24 hours service. Just imagine, if you have visa/master debit/credit card with them and it lost, and it happens on public holidays. Someone who found it will go to shopping mall and spend it. Does it mean you have to wait till the public holiday is over and then go to the bank and block your card. By that time you already loss your money. Never keep money in the bank that not provide you an emergency service. It is risky.
